The channel under the hood magazine cisco had online had a full case
study showing how to do a nice and secure setup to achieve this using
call manager and IPCC express

If I still have it I will mail it to you or you can also search for it
- but I think cisco had this nice publication well hidden for some
stupid reason - somewhere under the partner e learning section

Subject: [cisco-voip] Inbound system access codes

I'm not too sure what this is called but I know it is a feature
available on some PBX's. What I would like to do is to be able to dial
into a DID which then provides an access code which when entered will
allow a dial tone and then be able to dial out of the PSTN. Does
anyone know if this is possible on Call Manager, we are running 5.1(1)
