[cisco-voip] Cisco IP communicator with VPN issue

What version of IP communicator are you using?  If earlier than (2.0.1 I 
believe) you have to specify two different devices in callmanager, one 
using the users wired network card MAC address and one with the users 
wireless network card MAC address.

If using a newer version of IP communicator you can specify a single 
device name and configure it within IP comm.
