[cisco-voip] IPCC Script - Ringback

Find a MOH file that plays a ringing noise and set it as the network MOH
for the CTI ports.

Is there a way of getting ringback instead of MoH when a caller is being
connecting to an agent? (Select Resource Step)

 

Any help would be great!
