I assume this would be with an H323 gateway so the caller ID never makes
it to CallManager.  If you use MGCP and a translation pattern in
CallManager, I would expect the callerID to still show up in the CDR
records.

Just setup a translation to their tip line that restricts the calling
party name/number.

  Our Police Dpt is looking at setting-up a Crime Tip Hotline, and here
is the catcher, They cannot have access to the caller's number.   Is it
possible to block the caller's number who places the tip call.  I am
using CCM ver 4.2
