Subject: CCME/CUE: What is the proper way to CFD busy to CUE when the
incoming call is from a SIP trunk?

Hello and thanks for the help,

I have an incoming SIP trunk to a CCME 4.1 system. Incoming G729 calls
work just fine and if I set one of the DID numbers as the trigger to the
auto-attendant in CUE, the transcoders kick in and the call is answered
just fine.
My problem is with call-forward busy calls. I get the INVITE for an
incoming call and then send Trying. This is followed by a SIP/2.0 302
Moved Temporarily with Contact: <sip:2002 at 10.33.64.145>. The provider
then responds with an ACK and the caller gets a busy signal. How do I
prevent CCME from sending redirect messages or to at least send the
Public IP address of the CME instead of the private IP of the service
Engine? I do not have a firewall feature set.

Thanks,

-Patrick
