[cisco-voip] CM 6 Australian Dial Plan Installer Error

Hi,

I am currently doing my first CM 6 implementation, and have stumbled
across a problem trying to install the Australian Numbering Plan.

I have uploaded the file dp-ffr.1-1-4.AS.cop.sgn to all the CallManagers
in the cluster, but when going to do the actual install via Call Routing
-> Dial Plan Installer and selecting the plan, I get the following
error:

Database connection failed An Error Occurred: HY000

The info that is listed for the dialplan in Dial Plan Installer is AUNP
- Australian Numbering Plan 1.1(4).

Any points in the right direction would be appreciated... Hopefully its
something simple I have overlooked!
