[cisco-voip] Sanity check for changing passwords on the callmanager 4.1.3

Since somebody left their company, they just want to change the
ccmadministrator password and the login password to the windows. Yes, I
guess I have seen a post in this list when someone had a problem changing
the MLA passwords along with the windows login passwords( even if there is
no relation between them) . Just want to accomplish this task without any
problem. Please let me know if anybody had issues while doing these.
