[cisco-voip] Im getting a Phone Unprovisioned Error on my 7940

sounds like your phone is running a SIP load and is not configured in  
the CM server you are pointing to?  is the phone really configured in  
CM?  what load is it running?  you've been around this list and CM  
for a while now, what normal registration troubleshooting have you  
performed?
