Hi Guys,

You need to do an update / reset on the lines (8307,8338) that are on the phones within the hunt group.
This should fix the issue.

Hope this helps.

I also had problems with the attendant Q and hunt operation in 4-2-3-sr1. Now on SR2b. So far the AC queuing and hunt groups / pilots works better but there is a lot of funnies still in general. I heard that SR3 is coming in October and hope it will make the solution more stable overall.

Sorry – can not give you any specific advise. Have you tried using a different hunting algorithm

I see a Hunt Pilot 3695 pointed to Hunt List, which points to Line Group with 2 members (8307,8338) in broadcast. Hunt List is reset, shows good, reset a couple more times for good luck. All CSS have correct partitions, etc. No shared lines anywhere. No duplicate numbers on Hunt Pilot or unassigned dns, etc.

I get fast busy dialing Hunt Pilot 3695. I tried changing 3695 to 5555 as we have no numbers beginning with 5....reset Hunt List, still fast busy…

I’ve set this up hundreds of times with no problems, maybe a bug with 4.2.3sr2b?
