[cisco-voip] ccm 4.1.3 busylamp configuration ?

i got ccm 4.1.3 

manager uses 7960 and

manager assistant uses 7960 with 2 expansion modules

 

i couldnt find how to configure BusyLampField.  i want assistant to see if
the line is busy or not, before transfering the call

 

any idea
