[cisco-voip] ccm 4.1.3 busylamp configuration ?

Search on www.cisco.com <http://www.cisco.com/> for documents on
configuring shared lines or alternatively look at IPMA - IP manager
Assistant working. IPMA has two modes - shared line mode and proxyline
mode - can be a bit tricky depending on your existing calling search
space configuration and also some assistants find using the IPMA
application on their PCs a bit overwhelming. So if you go the IPMA
route make very shure they will be happy with it or stage it first and
get the users to look at it before going to deep.

You need to configure "shared line appearance" feature.
