[cisco-voip] Disabling web access on 7941/61's

It seems that disabling the web server on the 7941's renders the corporate
directory search non-functional (it says host not found when pressing the
directories button).  This was not the behavior of the 7940/60's I'm pretty
sure.  Does anyone know if this is by design or possibly some bug.  We're
using TERM41.7-0-3-0S currently.
