[cisco-voip] ccm 4.1.3 busylamp configuration ?

Does anyone have a good document on how to configure IPCC Express Agent Monitoring?  I have it configured properly according to all of the documents I can find.  However, I am still not able to hear anything.  And when I record the file is empty.  Thanks!

BLF unfrtenetly is not supported in the CCM earlier than 5.X. Only way is to configure shared line on the 7914 and make them to not ring when there is incomming call.

i got ccm 4.1.3 

manager uses 7960 and

manager assistant uses 7960 with 2 expansion modules

 

i couldnt find how to configure BusyLampField.  i want assistant to see if the line is busy or not, before transfering the call

 

any idea
