I’ve also run into older PC NICs that do not support 802.1q (one of the requirements for agent desktop streaming, unless you do the old fashioned SPAN) could not monitor or record.

Couple things to check for:

1) Agent phone needs to be configured in callmanager to span voice vlan to data vlan

2) check ACLs between agent, supervisor, and server networks to see if you are blocking the RTP stream somewhere along the way

Just from what you said I would definately look at #1

Does anyone have a good document on how to configure IPCC Express Agent Monitoring? I have it configured properly according to all of the documents I can find. However, I am still not able to hear anything. And when I record the file is empty. Thanks!

BLF unfrtenetly is not supported in the CCM earlier than 5.X. Only way is to configure shared line on the 7914 and make them to not ring when there is incomming call.
