[cisco-voip] Unity lost messages

Thanks for all of the responses.
I did find like 12 messages that were 'stuck' in the failed folder.
Moved them to the UnityMTA folder and restarted service, it's all
delivered now.
But, taking it from my users, there seems to be more than 12 that were
missing. It's really hard to explain the issue other than, users claims
they got voicemails from callers within the week but never got it in the
voicemail box. In other words, it went 'poof'! Still trying to
determine if that's the case or not.
*sigh* - Unity is so much fun. =)

I think the service to restart is AvUMRSyncSvr. I had delivery problems
a few months ago and when I restarted that service, I could see all the
wav files leaving the directory in chunks.

D:\CommServer\UnityMTA\Failed
Once Exchange come back up you can restart a service but I can't
remember the service.... It might be the AvMsgStoreMonitorSvr service

Has anyone encountered users mentioning that callers have left
voicemails for them but when the users check their voicemail box, it's
not there?
Also, where does voicemails get stored when MS Exchange is not
available and does it get transfered to the MS Exchange when it comes
back online?
This is for Unity version 4.1.
