[cisco-voip] bug with IP Communicator and service URL button

Sorry if I sent this around already, but that problem I was having using the services URL button to log in to extension mobility is a bug: CSCsh60628- IPC 2.0 EM SURL button does not work with a custom devicename (MAC)
