[cisco-voip] ip phone behind adsl

hi
i wanna use an ip phone from behind of adsl device in the remote office
i made nat for udp 16384 32767 
should i add another nat or open any port.

because the device registers the ccm and has a DN.
i can call the phone in central but  i can not hear anything
