[cisco-voip] ipcc express agent problem

Check to make sure she does not have a shared line appearance (or the
same number on her phone twice).

Me again :-)   I also am running into a problem where one of my
supervisors are unable to "go ready" with the agent.  She clicks the
button to "go ready", it flashes for a second, then puts her in
"reserved" state. This is the only user of 30 in that queue this is
happening to. 

 

Any tips appritiated!
