[cisco-voip] how to map DIDs to extensions during SRST

Another less attractive but effective option would be
to use num-exp. If you've not used num-exp before you
do need to be careful since a match in any pattern
will be translated inbound or outbound. Example user
dials an external number 916135551275  using the
num-exp below it will be transformed to 9161275. 

num-exp 61355512.. 612..
