so stick with vlan 1 (Sorry, silly suggestion) and consider firmware upgrades on the phones.

  have you tried changing the pc vlan to something else other than 1?

  i recall that vlan 1 is the default vlan and has some special things about it. that's just speculation, but it might be worth a try.

    I have tried that but as I said Phone VLAN (192) is getting through but
    not PC VLAN? Is it something to do with "VOICE VLAN ENABLED" setting in
    phone? It is set to "YES" right now.
