[cisco-voip] how to map DIDs to extensions during SRST

It will be a fax on a VG224 that I want to make sure still works.

Why doesn't the FXS port register with the router upon SRST?

  I guess I'm still not following then.  Are you trying to translate 
  incoming digits (PSTN is sending 4, but you have 6-digit internal) or 
  are you trying to do something else?

  Is this a fax problem, or a IP phone issue?  Because for faxing, we have 
  to hard-code the FXS ports with 6-digit destination-patterns.  IP phones 
  just register with the router when they go into SRST mode.
