I've worked with a company on several occasions called ISI and integrate
with their Infortel Select product. Their website is http://isi-info.com. I
hope this helps.

products that we can use to create reports from the CDR database? We have
tried to use the built in CDR reporting and it is a little cumbersome to use
and does not give us the format we want. We have also tried direct SQL
queries and while this can give us the information it is not something the
end customer would want to use. We would like to have the following
information:

like to put a price on how many TEHO calls are being completed and how much
the TEHO configuration is saving them in LD charges. Thanks.
