[cisco-voip] Help replicating call flow in SRST

Hi
For many of our small sites we have a simple setup for incoming call flow.
Calls ring to the main receptionist's phone on line 1. If that line is busy
the call forwards to line 2 on the same phone. Line 2, 3 etc work the same
way. If the call goes unanswered it is forwarded to either a backup
receptionist.
I don't seem to be able to replicate this in SRST. I've been routing calls
using the alias command but the cfw option doesn't let you differentiate
between cfna and cfb. My thought was that using a combination of the the
cfw and preference options on the alias command would do what I want but (in
the limited testing time I had) I could not get it working right during the
last cutover .
Here's what I tried.
call-manager-fallback
no huntstop
huntstop channel
alias 1 21244..... to 64600 cfw 64604 timeout 12
alias 2 21244..... to 64601 preference 1 cfw 64604 timeout 12
alias 3 21244..... to 64602 preference 2 cfw 64604 timeout 12
alias 4 21244..... to 64603 preference 3 cfw 64604 timeout 12
My hope was that on busy the call would go to the next higher preference
dial-peer and on no answer it would honor the cfw parameter. What happens
is on busy the call honors the cfw setting.
Another possibility (that I didn't try) might be something like this.
alias 1 21244..... to 64600
alias 2 64600 to 64601 cfw 64604 timeout 12
alias 3 64600 to 64602 preference 1 cfw 64604 timeout 12
alias 4 64600 to 64603 preference 2 cfw 64604 timeout 12
Any input would be appreciated.
