[cisco-voip] Unity Traces

Anyone familiar with Unity know what macro or micro traces I could turn up
to see message delivery times and other information relating to that for
exchange 2003? We're having some delivery time problems with a third party
tool we use to get a quasi-Unified Messaging feature with GroupWise.
Messages occaisionally take a long time (over an hour) to show up in user's
email application. Could just be normal email slowness but we've had trouble
with the tool in the past - I want to have some solid info if we need to
take it to their techsupport.

Subsciber message activity report shows the MWI coming on immediately after
the message is left at the correct timestamp.. so i'm pretty confident the
message is getting to the exchange mailbox promptly.
