Same thing for us that Scott mentioned. Havent had any major problems on
12.4 (yet).  These are ISRs, vg224's or 2600's all specifically for voice
gateway features, nothing else. We are running 12.4T on a few devices for
some specific items.

Have no idea about the 3560's, we arent using that model for switches.
