[cisco-voip] fxo call disconnect problem

Hi Jorge,
Calls still remain active.
After long troubelshooting, we found out that the problem seems to be caused
by VG224 with hookflash capability that is in use.
analog phone---VG224(SCCP)----CCM5-----(h323)c3545 with vic2fxo-----telco.
most of the calls that doesn't disconnect are from the analog phone
connected to the VG224 who dialed out.
we set our hookflash "timing hookflash-in 200 150".
It seems that when they intends to disconnect a call but was instead put on
hold and calls another....the call remain active on the FXO. Checking the
vg224, it doesn't have a stuck active calls during the fxo having stucked
active calls.
Any ideas?
Is there a way to signal the fxo by the vg224 to disconnect? Or is there a
way for fxo to have a anti lockout capability?
