[cisco-voip] sync changes between 2 DC directories

I was just on a webinar for LiteScape and they have some kind of an app
to replicate between DC directories.

As far and keeping AD up to date...... are you using Unity? We had our
programmers do a intergration of Unity extensions with users in AD. And
we can run that every so often to keep everything up to date.

Subject: [cisco-voip] sync changes between 2 DC directories

Hello,
I have a customer with 2 CallManager 4.1 clusters and using DC
directory. What they would like is as the add/delete users from one
directory, it would automagically change in the other as well. The sole
purpose is for the "Corporate Directory" on the phone to show all users
in both clusters.

They were manually creating users in both systems, but over time they
have become out of sync and were off by about 123 accounts unless I
missed a few.

I was hoping for a script to monitor DC directory for changes and
replicate it to the other. A problem is I'm not a developer and with my
limited skills I do not have a clue in how to handle two master
databases. Perhaps a "Corporate Directory" script that searches
multiple directories would be better. Any suggestions (or contribution
of code ;) ) would be appreciated.

On a related subject. Would anyone have a script to replicate
information between DC directory and AD? So not a complete AD
integration, just things like replicating the phone number from DC to AD
for users that already exist for example.

Thanks,

-Patrick
