[cisco-voip] Extension Mobility

Hi,

 2 users at a remote branch getting "Host not found" when trying to login to
phones but the other phones/users at the same remote branch reporting no
problems. This was a once-off. I looked at:

but CCM has been set u like that since install date over a year ago.

Anyone know of other possible causes for "Host not found" when using
Extension Mobilty??
