[cisco-voip] SRST/fxo/pstn-inbound calls problem

Hi,
I have the following problem - in SRST, the FXO ports on my mgcp gateway, are not able to receive
PSTN calls, even though I am using connection plar on the ports as well default-destination command
in call-manager-fallback mode. Please help.
