One way to do this is make all the VGW's H323. then your just sending
calls to a H323 Gateway and CM is not involved.

thanks for your answer.
but by using trunk how can i use the customerB's pri line as standby in
customerA callmanager.
from customerA side;
i mean i can not specify customer B 's pri line under customerA's route
list as a second route group. So when the first pri line fails , CCM
will check route list and route the call 2nd route group.
both of the customer calls pstn via 9.xxxxxxx
if i create trunk 9xxxxxxx for other CCM then this time route patterns
will confuse?

You would need to set up an ICT trunk and route the calls that way
between the callmanagers and to the gateway. Each gw can only be
registered ton one CCM at a time.
I guess you will have some interesting times setting up the Firewalls
between the customers networks but in theory it will work.

i have 2 customers (A and B), each one has one callmanager and one PRI
line.
Routers are configured as mgcp gateway.
the customers have wireless ip connectivty between their lan.
question is : if one of the pri line fails ,can i use the other pri
line. I mean customer A can use the customer B 's pri ?
can i register one router to 2 callmanagers at the same time? or can i
route the calls to another pri?
thanks
