[cisco-voip] SRST/fxo/pstn-inbound calls problem

Two things.

First, is there a dial-peer for the plar destination, are we matching
something?

Second, try the alias command under call-manager-fallback to point these
numbers at something.

Remember, if it points to a CTI RP or a trans pattern on CCM, it will not
work... it needs to point to something that will register to SRST after a
CCM failure...
