I don't have a solution, but I am curious... Do you mean that their
touchscreen PC provides a dry closure to control the telephone or is it
looking for a dry closure to sense something from the phone?
I'm also curious how much control one could assert in either direction
with a single dry closure.
What is the touchscreen PC product?
Robert
The touchscreen terminal system is looking for a dry closure from the
phone. The touchscreen PC product is one from
Motorola. I only found out about IPICS (the similar Cisco solution) recently.
