[cisco-voip] Nuance for IPCC 4.0(4)

Upgrading a customer from 3.1 to 4.0(4) and they have asked us to spec out
the new Nuance server, however, Nuance seems to think this is still a Cisco
product and has no idea which one to sell...

So, what should I be asking for (product name and version) to ensure
compatibility with IPCC 4.0(4)?
