[cisco-voip] mgcp + vg224 + ccm4.2 ananlo fax does not work

I always start with the Fax machine.  Make sure it is only running 14.4k
connections (G3) and not SuperG3 (33.6K) and make sure that ECM (error
correction mode) is off.

 

On your VGW make sure that fax relay is not on.  and VAD is off

 

At least this should get you started.

i have voice gateway w/ pri and backhauled mgcp on ccm 4.2.  vg224 is
managed by mgcp.  the analog fax connected to vg224 does not work.

 

what can i do to troubleshoot & fix.
