[cisco-voip] Who called 911

What we really need now is a way to get the information using an IP phone. 
It's usually the security guard that's dealing with the ER crew, not the SQL 
guru.  If there were a way to dial a number and have the data about the 
most-recently-dialled 911 calls displayed or spoken, that would be dandy.
