[cisco-voip] Who called 911

I implemented a PHP solution that polls the SQL server every minute.
Because of the query, the poll is extremely minimal. It is a little
trickier to set up but once it's setup, it works very nice.

The parts to setting it up are as follows:

- Install PHP with MS SQL (mssql) support

- Change over the SQL server to SA authentication "mixed"

- Give user rights to query the CCM tables

Here's the message that my system sends out to administrator cell phones
and emails. You can customize it in any way you see fit:

"Extension 6236 at High School called 911 at 12/6/06 01:19:27 PM for 0.2
min. This extension is registered to doe_john."

The time on the message is nice because most of the time you can tell if
it was a mistake call or not.

If you're interested in more details, contact me and I'll assist you in
any way possible.

That would be incredible. More details about how to implement this
would be great!

https://cm/art and search based on route pattern is the easiest for me.

But if Johan is on the list.... He created a 911 PHP script that will
actually email you the number calling 911, the user associated to the
phone and time of call and duration of call. Works very slick.

Hello,

Can someone remind me how to find what user dialed 911 in the
system? If I recall this information is on the Publisher somewhere in
SQL.

I am running CCM 4.1(3)es91.

Thanks!

Jason
