Mike,
If you had some extra time on your hands, you could do an XML app that
would be accessible via the security guard phones.
Or just have the 911 checker email the security guards at time of calls.

What we really need now is a way to get the information using an IP
phone.
It's usually the security guard that's dealing with the ER crew, not the
SQL
guru. If there were a way to dial a number and have the data about the
most-recently-dialled 911 calls displayed or spoken, that would be
dandy.
