[cisco-voip] 7961 transfer problem ccme

hi 

my customer has ccme and operator has 7961 ip phone.
the problem is :  

    calls from pstn come to the operator and operator dial the  extension for transfering the call.
During this time outside caller in the hold situation/ 
when the extension does not answer the operator's call and operator wanna resume the outside call  so that to say the person is not in the office.
but  when the operator resumes the call she can only talk 4-5 seconds and then suddenly the call drops

i coulnt find the what the problem can be.

any idea ? thanks
