[cisco-voip] Disable subscriber's ability to change transfer destination through TUI

Hi

Is it possible to disable a subscriber's ability to change the transfer
destination through the TUI?  The class of service allows you to
enable/disable call screening and hold options but doesn't have options for
changing the transfer destination.

I'm running Unity 4.05 currently.
