[cisco-voip] PRI-GROUP

I am running an 2610 with "C2600-is5-mz.122-15.T17.bin" but i am unable to
configure a E1 PRI as i am not getting pri-group command. Please let me know
if i need to upgrade it to IP-Plus image.
