CDR shows the call coming from my VGW IP address.

Before administering corporal punishment on the 12-year old, I'd try and
get a CCM trace or get more details. What if the call isn't coming from
PSTN but maybe Unity Outcall notification or something else like a H323
device, who knows...you need to find the call setup request in the CCM
trace files and find what ip addr initiated to 7900 phone to play
ring..no easy task.

I'm receiving complaints from my users about multiple hang up calls a
day from caller id unknown. I have searched the CDR's and I see the
call and there's no caller ID coming in. is this an issue with my CM
4.1.3sr2 or is this a Telco issue? How do I troubleshoot this either
way?
