[cisco-voip] Directory Options/Services Missing on 79xx

Hi all,

 

I'm running into an issue where some of our 7940/60 phones will lose
options 4 and 5 (Local Directory and Local Speed Dial) on the directory
button menu and also the ability to access anything under the services
button.  Weird thing is that other phones registered to the same CME
have all their options and services working just fine.  I've reset the
phones from the keypad in addition to a reset and restart from the CME,
but nothing seems to help.  Any ideas?
