[cisco-voip] Directory Options/Services Missing on 79xx

Apparently cavemen are better at selling car insurance than fixing phone
issues.  No change after yanking the CAT5...

Have you done a 'caveman-reset' of the phones?
(yanking the CAT5 cables out of the back and plugging
them back in...)
