[cisco-voip] Redirecting and called party number

[ACL]

my config:
  PRI -> as5350xm -> voip application server (h.323)
   
  PRI is sending calling party number, called party number and redirecting number.
   
  my application server could not recognise redirecting number. 
   
  is there any way to copy the value redirecting number to called party number by using tcl script or voice translation rule?
