[cisco-voip] Voicemail with multiple extensions

Ok,

I have a really weird issue that I cant figure out.  I have a user whos
phone has her lines and her bosses lines.  Currently her bosses line has
voicemail and hers doesn't.  When she presses the messages button on her
phone, selects her bosses line and calls into that.  I know there is an
option somewhere to make sure it will only dial in to the primary extension,
but for the life of me I cant find it.  Can anyone help?
