Never mind, I did a show voice port and it showed the voice ports dormant.

I've got a PRI used during SRST. I translate a number to a invalid NANPA number before sending to the voiceport, e.g. 16840000000.
Question: During the call setup, is an actual channel used when I am hearing reorder? Or is it the D channel that is providing that information?
