[cisco-voip] 2 CCM - one GW (was 2 ccm and 2 pri)

I'm planning something similar to this request.  Two separate CCM
clusters sharing one GW.  (They service different end users).  Can you
reference the requirement for H.323?  I currently have the first CCM
cluster in production using MGCP, and the other is due online this week.

If you want two distinct CallManager clusters to access the same gateway
then it MUST be H.323.
