Something to watch out for...

"Note	If the administrator saves the running configuration after
learning ephones and ephone-dns, the fallback IP phones will be treated
as locally configured IP phones on the Cisco Unified CallManager Express
SRST router which could adversely impact the fallback behavior of those
IP phones."

of SRST as a fallback to CM being down/unavailable.
