[cisco-voip] Export/Import Call Handlers

Any easy way to move Call Handlers from an old server to a new one?  I saw 
on Cisco Untiy tools there used to be an old tool for this in 2.x.  Seems 
like it went by the wayside an is not being updated anymore.
