We have a centralized Callmanager with offices throughout the U.S. We
have a RP that acts as a 3-digit shortcut from each office to every
other office. The RP forwards the call over the PSTN to the other
office. We would like to convert these numbers to use the internal
numbers and use the WAN. The thing I am trying to understand is how to
invoke AAR if there isn't enough bandwidth when making the call. Our
main number is built on an AC pilot point. On the AC pilot point, I
can't configure the external phone number mask so that the call will
reroute. It seems that AC isn't currently compatible with AAR>
How have others managed to get AAR to work through the WAN to AC Pilot
points?
Thanks,
Pete Ruttman
